Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about what an inspection covers, what you receive, and what we can help with.

What is a vehicle inspection?
A vehicle inspection is an evaluation of observable vehicle components and conditions within the scope of the selected inspection service.
Does an inspection guarantee the vehicle won't have problems?
No. An inspection documents conditions that can be observed or identified within the scope of the inspection at that time. It cannot guarantee future vehicle performance.
Will I receive pictures?
Yes. Our digital reporting supports extensive photographic documentation, allowing you to see supporting evidence for inspection findings — not just three or four photos.
Can I get an inspection before buying a vehicle?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are one of our primary services.
Can you inspect a vehicle I'm purchasing remotely?
Remote and out-of-area inspection services may be available depending on location and service coverage. Contact us with the vehicle location and we will confirm.
Can you help me find an automotive part?
Yes. Provide your vehicle information and the part you are looking for, and we can help identify sourcing options.
Do you sell parts online?
Online automotive parts sales are a core part of the business and continue to expand. Today, parts are quoted and sourced by request.
Can you source vehicles?
Vehicle sourcing is part of our long-term business model and may include auction-based acquisition assistance where legally permitted and licensed.
Do you provide repairs?
Inspection services are focused on evaluation and documentation. Any repair or installation services will be specifically identified when offered.

An inspection documents conditions observable within the scope of the service at the time of inspection and is not a guarantee of future vehicle performance. Items requiring disassembly, specialized testing, or further diagnosis are identified as such in the report.
