• Parts suppliers. To confirm fitment and availability, we may share vehicle details such as year, make, model, engine, and VIN with suppliers. We do not need to share your contact details to do this.

If you are having a vehicle inspected that belongs to someone else, the resulting report is provided to you as the requesting customer.

Photographs

Photographs taken during an inspection are used to document vehicle condition and are included in your report. We may use anonymized inspection photographs as examples of our work — with identifying details such as license plates, VINs, and locations removed or obscured. If you would prefer we not do this, tell us and we will honor that.

Retention

We retain inspection requests, reports, and related records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below.

Children
